Knowledge Systems provides implementation, functional and help desk support services for DIA’s Blackboard and AGILE LMS systems. The company provides project support services to improve the quality and on-time and on-budget delivery of the AGILE LMS program. In addition to day-to-day support, Knowledge Systems conducts system improvement projects for these critical business systems.
As an example, Knowledge Systems provided project support to improve the life cycle management of AGILE user accounts, including understanding usage patterns of the system to determine a large number of unused accounts. Knowledge Systems then analyzed the method to reduce these inactive accounts and provided detailed analysis to help the government make an informed decision. The result was a process to enable the agency to reduce the number of inactive AGILE user accounts by over 70% in order to reduce the cost and complexity required to sustain the AGILE system.
